We will equip every car in this world with laser scanners and reliable safety applications. Our contribution to society will be saving a huge amount of lives by doing so.

We are one of the world’s leading technology providers for laserscanner-based environment detection in vehicles used in public traffic. The continuous development of laser-measuring technology and data evaluation in support of driver-assistance systems, with the ultimate aim of highly automated driving, is at the heart of everything our company does. We want a future without road accidents, with the automobile as an ever-watchful partner to human road users and Ibeo as an indispensable partner to automobile manufacturers and their suppliers. Our products offer additional driver comfort and save lives.

Our responsibility

We are aware of the enormous responsibility that arises with this claim, and do our best at all times to live up to it. We aim to equip production vehicles all over the world with laser scanners for safety and convenience applications. In doing so, we will also protect those road users who don’t yet have such a system or are not able to adequately protect themselves. This is our contribution to a modern society. Many people dream of a safe future. We are working on making it a reality – every day, with passion, expertise, and utter dedication. Our children will grow up in a safe environment in which the automobile acts as a cooperative partner.

Our values

In awareness of these values and standards, our conduct reflects our loyalty to Ibeo and its objectives. Every one of us participates critically and constructively in discussions and decision-making within the team and the company. Our mission statement is based on four interwoven core elements. These elements are community, innovation, responsibility and reliability, and each of them involves interaction with society.
Innovation
The vision of a safe future drives us to innovate every single day.
Reliability
Honesty and trust form the basis of our dealings with customers and colleagues.
Community
We solve challenges as a strong community.
Responsability
We stand by our responsibility.
